Conveniently from home: Private medical consultation via video consultation

As a private medical practice, we offer the option of medical consultations via secure video consultations. This is a special service for ME/CFS and Long Covid/Post Covid patients who live further away or are unable to visit the practice.

Booking process:

• Select an appointment via our booking system

• Pay conveniently in advance via [credit cards, Apple Pay)

• You will receive an appointment confirmation and the dial-in link for the video consultation

Legal notice: The online consultation is conducted exclusively as a remote treatment, in accordance with Section 7, Paragraph 4 of the Medical Fee Schedule (MBO-Ä), provided this is medically responsible. Billing is based on the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). For a detailed initial consultation via video (approximately 60 minutes), a fee of €183.60 (Item A30 GOÄ, 3.5 times the rate due to increased effort) will be charged in accordance with the GOÄ. After the appointment, you will receive a GOÄ-compliant invoice for submission to your private health insurance provider. Reimbursement may vary depending on your plan.

Patients can also use the online initial consultation as a self-pay service . In this case, no reimbursement is provided by health insurance. The fee must be paid in full, regardless of insurance status.
